When will I receive my goods?

An estimated delivery date is shown on the product page. After the order has been received, we will deliver your order immediately. This means that after the order has been received and the production or printing process has been completed, you will receive your goods. Delivery could take up to 10-14 days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, since we process your order immediately, we cannot simply change or cancel orders that have been received.

Do you offer special voucher discounts?

Yes, you will receive a 15% voucher discount for your first order. You will also receive offers throughout the year if you subscribe to our newsletter.
We also occasionally offer free shipping within Germany for orders over 100 euros.

Can I use a voucher discount more than once for my order?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to use the voucher discount more than once. Unfortunately, these cannot be combined with other offers or promotional items.

Nor do they apply to previous orders.


How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are displayed to you during the order and depend on weight and distance.

Do you also offer international shipping?

No, unfortunately we do not currently offer international worldwide shipping. Currently we only offer shipping within Germany and Europe.
We are working to enable international shipping.

Is it possible to expedite my order?

No, unfortunately not. We try to process the orders in the order in which they are received. Therefore, following the First Come, First Serve method, we cannot simply skip the queue.


How do I return my order?

We sew and print your order by hand after your order is received.
Each hand-sewn or hand-printed product is unique and one of a kind.

If the ordered goods are defective and were purchased directly from , please report the defective goods to us with a photo within 14 days. You do not need to send us the defective goods back to us. After examining the photos, we will send you a perfect product. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
